Group Lodge tariffs:

  • Weekends: 10-12 people $670 per night (inc School Holidays)
  • Mid-Week: 10-12 people $660 per night
  • Weekly/Low Season: 10-12 people $3450 price includes quality bed linen for 4 ensuite bedrooms.
  • Public Holiday/Long Weekends: 10-12 people $720 per night minimum stay 3 nights (Easter 4 nights)
  • Peak Season Weekly: 10-12 people $3700 per week - extra weeks price on request (Dec 22nd – Jan 30th) - price includes quality bed linen for 4 ensuite bedrooms.
Minimum Stay is two nights. $35 per extra person per night when 13 or 14 guests are staying.

Quality bed linen & towel hire available on request, needs to be booked a week in advance of booking date. Extra fee for bed making

Cleaning fee may apply. Check in from 2pm. Check out by 11am or by arrangement.

Luxury Villa rates are per couple per night for the one ensuite room

Minimum stay is two nights. Single night mid-week bookings are available for two couples off peak.

Confirmation and Deposits: 50% required at time of booking and as confirmation.

We accept Visa, MasterCard: guests can do a credit transfer into owners account. There is a credit card fee of 2%.

Balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival or by arrangement.

Dates given by us as available at the time of inquiry can only be considered reserved upon payment of deposit.

Cancellation and Non- Arrivals: Cancellation earlier than 30 days prior to arrival full refund less 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be refunded only if we able to refill the period booked. No refund for non-arrivals. div>
